Amidst a whole lotta research on the body and repairing one's own body (more on that some other time), I've gotten stuck into this little book - a present from my mum - in the hope that I can learn to calm down and focus on only the very moment I'm in instead of getting worked up, catastrophising, projecting ahead and asking what ifs? I think we're all prone to doing that to some extent - even if it's getting ourselves in a major tizz as we try to rush ourselves out the front door each day. Hopefully this book will equip me with some useful methods to relax and chill out any time of day:
