I'm very very excited about the newest addition to our home. I love fresh juices and drop at least $5.00 a pop to get my fix a few times a week. I figured if I was going to spend the money on juices while I was out and about, I may as well invest in a juicer and make my own at home. In the past year alone, with the money I have spent on juices, I could have bought a juicer and fruit and vegetables instead. A few days ago, I purchased the Philips Quick Clean Juicer (800W) online and the sleek and oh-so-easy to use appliance was delivered straight to my door, thanks to Harvey Norman:

Isn't she delightful? And how about that free juicing book the 'Juice Master' himself, Jason Vale? I am completely sold on this product because:
  • It puts out an extra 10% more juice in comparison to the bestselling Philips HR1861 Juicer.
  • It's goddamn easy to use - there's only a few parts (I didn't even need instructions to use it) and I'd say it functions as optimally as you could hope for!
  • It's non-messy during juicing and is easy to clean afterwards! I tested it out tonight - it extracts the juice PERFECTLY! The pulp was very dry, meaning more juice and NO splatter to clean up. The parts disassembled very easily and cleaned with minimal effort.
  • It's also dishwasher safe - another big tick for those of us who don't want have to hunch over the sink for ages after making a simple glass of juice.
  • It is very quiet for a juicer - no chainsaw noises here!
As always, my opinions are my own and come from a place of excitement and pleasure at sharing good things I have found. I have no affiliation with PRs or companies I mention on this blog.

Please stay tuned for tomorrow's post - I can't wait to get snap happy as I experiment with my new toy and plan to share some fun, tasty and healthy juice recipes with you all :-)
